Full Journal pdf2002-05-14 Senate Journal Page 3540 HB 330 Message dated May 14 was read, stating the House failed to concur in the Senate amendment to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 330(FIN) am "An Act relating to providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age" and respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its amendment, namely: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 330(RLS) "An Act relating to brewpub licenses and to providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age." (Title change authorized by SCR 44) In the event the Senate fails to recede, the Speaker has appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the Senate to consider the bills: 2002-05-14 Senate Journal Page 3541 Representative Rokeberg, Chair Representative Halcro Representative Croft Senator Leman moved that the Senate recede from its amendment and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate recede from its amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 330(RLS) Shall the Senate Recede from its Amendment to CSHB 330(FIN) am? YEAS: 0 NAYS: 19 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Nays: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Phillips, Stevens, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Absent: Kelly and so, the Senate failed to recede. The President appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the House: Senator Taylor, Chair Senator Halford Senator Ellis The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
